(1) “Sitting in” courses; (2) Attendance record

Zoom meeting links of courses have been posted on this Moodle page.

For courses that you have officially enrolled in, you may visit the Moodle page of those courses for relevant information.

Please also be reminded that you should join the online teaching sessions with your HKU-Zoom / HKU-Microsoft Team accounts so that the system can record your attendance automatically.  There is a minimum attendance requirement of 70% for each of the law courses, failing which you may not be permitted to sit the final examination.  Attendance-taking is particularly important for students who are practising solicitors and require us to certify their class attendance for CPD accreditation.

As a matter of courtesy to the teachers and other students, we would recommend you check the following setting of your account and/or your device upon entry into the online teaching session:

(1)   Enable the camera (virtual backgrounds are permissible);
(2)   Mute the microphone (you may unmute yourself to ask question later, please refer to the instruction given by the teacher during the class);
(3)   Edit your display name in English (Eg Peter Chan, TM Chan).

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
